We give the estimate at your home and it is free, so finding out costs you nothing. We come out, look at what you actually have, and you get the price in writing before any work starts. Every home is different, which is why we look first rather than publish a number we would have to walk back at your door.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
A common guideline is every three to five years, and sooner if you have pets, if you've just finished a renovation, or if you're seeing dust settle right after you've dusted.
What will I actually notice afterwards?
Less dust settling on the surfaces you use most, and a system that isn't pushing air through a layer of debris. If the system smelled musty when it ran, ask about the optional deodorizing treatment. We won't promise you anything beyond that.
Do you clean the return vents too?
Yes. Supply lines, return lines, the main trunk, the return plenum, and every register and grille. Both directions, every time.
How long does it take?
Most jobs start from about two hours. The exact time depends on the size of the job — how many vents, how complex the run, and the type of ductwork.
